Monday/Wednesday/Friday:  6am, 7am, 9am(M,W,F), 12pm(coming soon), 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Tuesday/Thursday: 6am, 7am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Saturday: 8am, 9am

Sunday: 10am

New Member Orientation: Tuesdays 6:30pm, Saturdays 10am
