Adam Greenwald: October 2016
Over the past few months at Rebell, I’ve learned a lot, grown a lot, an laughed a lot. I came to Rebell with the goal of getting bigger and stronger. Another reason I was attracted to Rebell was the classes and schedule I could take part in. It automatically gave me motivation to consistently go to the gym and progress towards my goal.
I was also very surprised with how friendly and supportive everyone is, whether that is the trainers or the people participating in class. While training at Rebell, I’ve learned new workouts that I have never done before. I am constantly trying to push myself with the amount of weight I use on a day-to-day and week-by-week basis to get myself beyond the goals I have set for myself.
I am very happy that I have been able to achieve my biggest goal of being in the gym 3 to 5 times every week and being able to keep up with others that have been with Rebell longer then I have.
Some of my goals for the future are to continue to consistently show up for class every week, be able to increase the weights I use on a weekly basis, and master the technique and form required for all the different workouts that we do every class. My short term goal right now would definitely be getting 75 swings each day to get to the 1,000 swings before Thanksgiving, and hopefully I’ll get much more than the minimum of 1,000.
