1. What is your favorite exercise so far?
Medicine ball throw – works all the muscles and gets the anger out!
2. What is your favorite hobby to do outside of the gym?
Play hockey, tennis, or bike.
3. What is your favorite aspect of strength training?
Seeing results over time; feeling healthier.
4. What is your biggest challenge in regards to strength training?
Keeping a regular routine and sticking to it; eating right.
5. If you could only eat one meal the rest of your life, what would it be?
8 oz fillet cooked medium, baby bella mushrooms, carrots, and potato. And a Manhattan.
