My love for fitness started with boxing. I was the client before I became the instructor. Boxing was the biggest challenge and the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. I never thought I’d build so much strength, coordination, and feel like such a bad ass. My goal as a coach is to navigate people to the realization that they are capable of so much more than they realize. It’s an amazing thing to watch people gain confidence and push themselves to be better in and out of the gym. We are all so resilient and can gain so much from each other. Rebell has the coolest gym culture I’ve ever seen or been apart of. I can make mistakes, have fun, and improve myself in this atmosphere.
