Group Classes

Our group training offers general fitness preparation programmed out in 4 to 6-week blocks. This is a great option for all skill levels and addresses goals ranging from gaining strength to losing body fat. Receive all the benefits of private training at a fraction of the cost!

Want to try a class?  We offer a $25 drop-in rate.  If you think we are a good fit, that $25 rolls into your Kick-Start package which is 2-weeks of unlimited access to our class schedule for only $54 ($29 after your drop-in class discount).

Semi-Private Training

Our Semi-Private Coaching offers you the opportunity to get private-training quality results at a much more affordable price. Work with one, two, or three fellow trainees and one of our expert coaches. You will receive your own personalized program tailored to your specific goals while receiving the accountability and productivity benefits of working with a small group. Their is no better value in the industry!

Are you ready to receive the best training in the city?  Set up your private consultation for only $99.  After that, if you decide we are a good fit, that $99 rolls into our Semi-Private Kick-Start Package which offers you 8 training sessions to use in 30 days for only $250 ($151 after your consultation discount).

We know that success is determined not only by hard work in class, but also hard work OUTSIDE of class. Therefore, we developed a program to guide you through a nutritional transformation using habit based learning and a platform developed by the renowned Precision Nutrition.
