How Is the Transformation Kick-Start Program Going to Help You?

If we’re going to get any work done we have to be present. At the onset of our mission, we will set a goal for attendance in the coming weeks and you will receive the accountability from us to help hold you to that goal.
2. Pro Coach Participation (Nutrition)
Throughout this challenge, you will have access to our Pro Coach nutrition platform which will help you build solid habits and lifestyle changes instead of unsustainable, crash diet practices. This is the top nutrition program in the world delivered to your inbox daily. It’s a lot of information but we are going to help you with that. More on how we will help you with that later!
3. Skill Acquisition
Strength is a skill that takes dedicated instruction and practice to hone to a fine point. Before our challenge starts you will pick one skill from our program that you would like to spend a little extra time developing with the help of our coaches. The overall impact of refined skill will have long-lasting effects on your health. That’s a fact.
Throughout this program, we will be hosting workshops to address different aspects of this program that will make you successful. We will cover techniques in lifting, habit building, time management, and mindset work with our very own certified mental guru, Dan Frantz. Not only are we going to be giving you information, but we are going to work with you to implement effective strategies and manage all of that information.
5. Giving Back
Nothing helps us improve ourselves quite like helping others in need. Part of this program will ask that at some point during its duration you donate a bit of your time to help others that are not as fortunate as we are.
